Bob is in the finishing stages of teaching me how to post on this thing.  We’re almost there.  And we’re almost off to Seattle.  Fantastic recipes and fanfare to come.

  1. Love it and totally following and cooking. Well… I WILL be cooking it, just haven’t gotten around to it yet. LOVE it tons.

    But… why pro-4 hour? Are all the promises of the book true? What piqued your interest in this? Detalles por favor! MWAH.

    Bob had originally read the book and told me about 4hb; I read it, and we’ve been following it for several months now. And yeah, the promises are true. It is impossible NOT to lose weight and build lean muscle on 4hb. And you can eat big meals (minus the “white carbs”), stay full until the next meal, and have a “cheat day” once a week.

    In the beginning I kept searching on the internet for meal ideas so we didn’t get tired of the same meals all of the time, so thought I’d put some of my own out there for anyone else in the same boat! It’s been really fun trying new recipes and coming up with variations of our own.

    So yeah… really been diggin’ the 4hb lifestyle. I just FEEL better in general…and digestion is better than it has ever been.
